About us

Hi, we are Julia & Denis, the founders of Photo-Space. The idea for Photo-Space was born during the planning of our own wedding. We wanted to find an easy way to collect the photos of all our wedding guests - without having to resort to WhatsApp, as the loss of quality there was too great for us. At the same time, we wanted to avoid our guests having to download an extra app, as we know that this is often an additional hurdle. So we came up with the idea of developing a digital photo album that can be used directly via the browser. This way we could quickly, easily and securely collect all the pictures from our wedding in the best quality in one place. Fortunately, Denis is a software developer and was able to implement this idea successfully. Our digital album was ready just in time for our wedding day. The great feedback from friends and family then inspired us to offer this product to other brides and grooms. We love capturing all the beautiful memories in one place and in the best quality. Since then, we have been using our digital album not only for weddings, but also for birthday parties, Christmas parties, corporate events, parties and many other special occasions.

The images and videos are stored for 12 months.

Can all guests see the uploaded photos and videos?

Yes. All guests can see the uploaded images and also download individual images & videos.

Can videos be uploaded too?

Yes, your guests can also upload and download videos.

How can guests join my album?

All guests who have the invitation link or QR code can join the album.

You can either send the invitation link to your guests in advance or print out the QR code and distribute it at your wedding.

How is the QR code delivered?

You can easily download the QR code as a PNG or SVG file in the admin area.

How can I download the images?

  • For Admins: As an event admin, you can conveniently download all event images at once.
  • For Guests: You can download individual images directly from the gallery using the download icon.

Do my guests need to download an app or register?

No. Neither you nor your guests need an app. The photo album runs through the internet browser. Only the event admin needs to register once with their email; guests can conveniently upload images without registration.

Is there a limit on the number of guests?

No, there is no limit on the number of guests.
